Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

All items, including ammunition, will be shipped within two business days after receiving your order. Shipping costs will be calculated by weight & destination after manually after receiving your order. The minimum cost is $12.50. All orders are automatically insured up to $100.

Please specify the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we must charge you the additional shipping charges to reship the order. If you request a re-route of the shipment after ordering, we must charge you the re-route fee that the carrier charges us.

Once the package has been delivered to your address, legal title transfers to you and you assume all liability.

Returns

All ammunition sales are final. Returns will only be accepted for merchandise found damaged or defective immediately upon receipt. Trigger Point Armory will provide YOUR CHOICE of a replacement item (pending availability) or full refund on all non-firearm products found defective upon receipt. If you receive a defective item, please immediately call us to request a return label. Trigger Point Armory will not claim any responsibility for items damaged in shipping. For items damaged in shipping, customers need to file a claim with the carrier.

Chargebacks & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. All canceled orders will be charged a 5% restocking fee to cover our processing fees.

If you refuse a delivery, you will be charged a 5% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping both ways. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

Pricing Errors

We do our best to make sure pricing errors to not occur.  However, if a pricing error is discovered due to a typographical error or error from our supplier, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Taxes

We will automatically charge & withhold applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state(s) where Trigger Point Armory holds a presence. For all other orders, it is your responsibility to pay any sales tax or other tax that may be apply.
